I recognize the role P2P has in identity theft however it seems to me their trying to find a culprit for a system filled with holes. This hearing is unfair towards Lime Company.

I would think there would of be more P2P software companies there to answer the questions. The fact that a lot of the companies are from other countries is probably the reason. You will never stop P2P but there should be a major push to keep P2P off of government, companies, hospital, ect. computers. It appeared to me that is where most of the privet information came from. If one allows P2P on there own computer that's there fault and problem. Most of the people that I know who use P2P are getting things free that they should be paying for and I have no sorrow for them when they get slammed. (music, movies, hacked programs)
