Hello....This is a HP Pavilion dv6500 that every morning when I turn it on to start working on it, does if freezes and puts on a clear white screen. Any program that I was to use, regardless of which one freezes and there shows up a line that reads: Firefox (not responding)....or Windows Explorer (Not Responding)...or whatever. This goes on for 2 or 3 minutes and then the problem seems to go away. I did a full system scan using AVG and found only cookies, then I run SPY-BOT and found also more cookies...and finally Super Anti Spy-ware did found about seven Trojans (which I don't remember the names). What could possibly be going on? How can I fix this?
Thanks.

Does this only happen right after start up? Or does it happen every time you open a program?

Hello...This happens only on the first 3 - 5 minutes after start-up...Then computer runs normal. After I reboot it while in use it stops doing that.
Thanks.

See, if the same thing happens when you boot to Safe Mode/Safe Mode with Networking.
