Open it. Click on Type column to sort all entries.
Right click, and Disable all non-Microsoft Context Menu types entries.
Restart computer, and see, if it helps.

- processor type, amount of RAM (hold Windows logo key, hit Pause/Break key)
- hard drive size/free space (open "My Computer", right click on hard drive letter, click "Properties")
- security programs in use (antivirus, firewall)

Ram - 2 Gigs
Free space - 26.7gb out of 73gb

For testing purposes, I'd try to uninstall (one at a time) Online Armor and NOD and see what happens.

The reason for it...today's security programs build themselves very deep into file system and often disabling them is not enough to make sure, nothing is really running.
