Other benefits of registering an account are subscribing to topics and forums, creating a blog, and having no ads shown anywhere on the site.
If you would like to subscribe to a forum so that you are notified when a new topic is created in that particular forum you should follow these steps:
Note: Please only subscribe to a forum if you would like to receive notification of all new topics that are posted in the forum. As some forums can be very active, if you subscribe to them you will receive a lot of notifications throughout the day.
1. Visit the forum you would like to subscribe to.
2. At the top of the forum, you will see the Watch Forum (
button.
3. Click on that button and select the type of subscription you want to use.
4. When done, click on the Proceed button to subscribe to that Forum.
You are now subscribed to this forum and will receive a notification every time a user creates a new topic in that forum.
If you are already subscribed to the forums, then it will state that when you attempt to subscribe.
