I tried going in safe mode to replace the file but the same error message popped up, saying that the file was in use.

After re-thinking, I doubt that file is an issue, because it has very same MD5 number as the file you got from another computer and my file has very same MD5 as well.
I'm really not sure what's going on here.
There are some hits on Google about similar errors, but I don't see any real solution posted.
Let's do this....
With the information you have provided I believe you will need help from the malware removal team. I would like you to start a new thread and post a DDS log HERE and include a link to this thread. Please make sure that you read the information about getting started before you start your thread.
