problems uploading files

I have encounter problems of slow uploading it just reach an error page when i use firefox

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading

When i try IE

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

When i diagose the problem from the network connection

This is a new computer so it should not be a virus, Spyware issues

Downloading Speed and Browsing Speed works fine.

Contracted My Isp and they reply that everything is Normal.

Ok sounds like a firewall or something is causing your packets to drop.

Please specify the following:

ISP:
Type of connection between your PC to the internet - Direct connect to modem
- Wired behind a router
- wireless / behind a router/AP.

Firewall installed on the PC :
Subscribed speed : Check ISP contracts. Counter check by using speedtest.net
Browser : Make and version - I usually go for chrome.
Operating System:

Also try a continuous ping to the site you are uploading to - ei. ping google.com -t

Please post results.
Hardware tech when I was in college.
1st job was a network support for SOHO
2nd job was lappy tech
3rd Job way out of my league but its nice...
