No Keyboard in IE

I'm on a team that supports a school systems's PC's. I think we must have gotten a MS update that's killing the keyboard in IE. Or it could be a conflict with our GP settings.
Anyone else seen this recently??
Back up my Hard Drive? It has a reverse?
