Your Gateway Appears to be Offline

Hi, all was working fine with my wireless laptop, when suddenly i was unable to connect to the internet - The MSN troubleshooter says Your Gateway Appears to be Offline, any idea how to rectify this please. The wireless network is detected, but will not connect. I am currently using wired pc to access this.

I am using Windows XP, just noticed sp2, understand should be 3 by now, but unable to connect to get this.
Any other info you require?
