Just joined the forum because I heard it's a great trouble-shooting site. Im not very good with computers, so I thought this would be a great place to learn a few things-

Not only will you find a wealth of knowledge here, most of which is written with the user in mind and not unnecessarily technical, but you will find many knowledgeable and friendly people more than willing to answer any question you have, or to help you with a particular computer problem.
