I installed and uninstalled Panda. I now have three .dll files in the Panda folder that I cannot delete.

How do I delete these files?

I keep getting this message: "This action can't be completed because the files is open in Windows Explorer."

There is an application that you can use to finish uninstalling Panda. You can find it here.

You could also try reinstalling, then uninstalling while in "safe mode". In some cases, when uninstalling in normal mode, related services (and files) are not completely removed as they are considered in use.
