Computer having huge issues with redirects. Had computer person scan two weeks ago
and he said he had cleaned up my machine. We are on network at my office and every
one seems to be having the redirects but last week my virus scan came up with a TDSSserv.cys
which would not let me move to virus vault. My IT person had me run combo fix, started
Friday at noon and this morning (8/16) it is still on stage 32, as it was on Saturday morning. Is
the scan frozen?

Hello DONDON2

I would first recommend contacting your IT person. Seems like you have a major malware outbreak on your network. Your IT person should be able to provide the best support in your situation due to the networked business environment. I would pass along this message to him though. ComboFix is NOT designed for use on networked or business machines. Depending on your setup, running the tool has the potential to cause a ton of problems.

In answer to your exact question, yes it sounds like the scan is frozen.

Hope that helps.
