To give more accurate assistance, give some details of the type of installs you have.
Which Linux distro?
Was it installed in a dual boot with Windows?
Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows Xp or other?
Was Linux installed on the same partition as Windows using Wubi?

What you need to do is get up and running Linux with the installed partition mounted, and then chroot into the installed operating system to reinstall the boot manager.
