Hello i am posting here on the behalf of a friend who is having recording problems with ZD Soft Game Recorder.

a few days or so ago all the recordings he does with ZD Soft Game Recorder is turning out with a green box instead of the video.
you can still hear the audio just that the video is a green box.

what might the problem be?
