Windows Update Error

I am having trouble installing the windows update for the windows malicious software removal tool. I have run the update 10 times now and everytime I reboot I get the message saying the update is available for download. I have done a complete virus removal using combofix, trojan remover, malwarebytes, superantispyware and spybot. I have the hijack this log. The system I am running is Windows Vista Home Basic 32 bit with service pack 2. I removed a corrupt antivirus program that was on this computer called trend micro pc-cillian.

Fixed the problem by turning off auto update, installing the update, restarting the computer and then turning auto updates back on. :huh:
