Everytime I restart my computer, I always get virus popouts and it randomly opens internet explorer. I cannot open any programs such as antivirus and system restore. It always says "Application cannot be executed. File _ is infected. Please help me solve this problem! I'm writing this from my laptop.

Your system is obviously infected with some type of malware or trojan.

Bleepingcomputer.com has the best team of malware removal personnal, you came to the right place.

I suggest you abandon this post and go here (link below) and post your issue, someone with experience will reply to you as soon as they can.
