Hi all,
I need urgent help ....
Can someone help me
A workstation has lost access to the internet. All local area network access is OK. What command steps can you run to determine at which point internet access is being interrupted?
Thank any comment

How does your LAN hook up to the internet? Do you know the IP addresses of other workstations and the gateway? What OS does the problem workstation run?
In a command window type ipconfig /all and compare settings with the problem PC. Note the 'Default Gateway' setting on a working PC.
At the problem PC ping another PC, the gateway and finally some web addresses like www.google.com
Let us know what you find.

If it just stopped working you may want to check the cable from the computer to the router/switch. Not saying thats it but if it's a small LAN it would be easy enough to check and eliminate as a possible problem.
