Thanks for being here.
I joined because my desktop Windows XP Media Center has apparently been infected with malware, and as a former professional computer geek (now retired), I feel obliged to try to fix the bleeping computer myself rather than pay someone who I'm afraid knows even less than me about Windows/computers/software/etc.
But I am NOT a windows expert, I just want the bleeping thing to work. I love the name of your forum, it is so appropriate!
On to the problem, to be addressed elsewhere. :thumbsup:
