Hello
I have a hp compact nx6125 which i think has a fault with the lcd cable which i'd like to replace. I've tested it connecting it to the tv (ok) and it only happens when I move the screen lid up/down or when the laptop is a bit shaky.
I've been able to remove the lcd cable connected onto the motherboard, I have another twin cable on the other side of the lcd connecting underneath the keyboard which I dont want to disconnect if possible it looks as if it goes into the motherboard as well it might be the wifi cable.
Given that I've disconected the lcd cable from the motherboard, how would I disconnect it from the lcd screen? Does anyone have a guide?
Many thanks
K
