BleepingComputer.com: Request: Encode .flv vid to iPhone format

This is a request for those who are willing to spend a couple of minutes of their time for me.

See I have this problem; I'm not able to convert this flv vid into the mp4 codec...

And I have been trying to do this on many ways, but it just seems hopeless..

Could any1 care to help me please??

I think I should email the file to you(it is split into 3 parts(rar)) and you should then convert and email me back with the right format.

I hope any1 can solve my problem for me cause I can't seem to fix it myself, it has something to do with the video so...
