Hi,
There is one issue started I don't know whether its a virus or just a script. However, I have deleted formatted Drive C: re-installed the windows, but this script still runs at startup which makes my laptop damn slow. How do I delete, clean and stop this script forever. Here are the details:
Target Command located at:
C:\Tempe\d.vbs (but there is no folder or file here!!!!!!!!!!)
And in background it runs with the name of wscript.exe
Startup location Registry\Current User\Run
I am using latest updated Eset Smart security 4 x x ....
What should I do? :s
P.S: I also asked this question in other tech forums to get an answer, thanks

<<Startup location Registry\Current User\Run>>
That's a registry location, not a file/folder reference.
Startup items can originate both from the registry and from files/folders.
The easiest (IMO) way of handling this would be to employ startup manager and the either disable or delete the corresponding entry noted. Following are a few startup managers which you might look at:
Starter (for Startups) - http://www.softpedia.com/get/Tweak/System-...k/Starter.shtml
Startup Control Panel - http://www.mlin.net/StartupCPL.shtml
Startup Inspector - http://www.windowsstartup.com/startupinspector.php
