When I try to open Firefox from my desktop (Or elsewhere like from e-mail) I get an error message pop-up on the screen- "Firefox.exe-Entry Point Not Found",with details that say "the procedure entry point_except_handler4_common could not be located in the dynamic link library msvcrt.dll."
I close the error message with the "X" and Firefox proceeds to open, but this may occur 1 or 2 more times causing Firefox to try to open more pages...
I don't know what this means or how to fix it,any suggestions?

I'm sure that information...and more on using Firefox...is available, if you use Google or some other search engine. You might try it .

Wow! Thanks abauw!
The problem is fixed. I followed the link you suggested, there was a few suggestions so I followed the advice of "reza",because others in the forum said it worked,it was an easy 2 minute fix and it worked.
Many thanks to you and the good people who contribute to this forum.
