Hi, hope I am posting this on the right page, my husband would normally post here so you have me instead. We have a Dell Dimension 9150 which is taking ages to load a web page. We did everything on the list here http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/ind...l=slow+computer and it still is going slow. I have tried to restore the computer on different dates and it is saying that it is unsuccessful. Can you please help me and please speak to me as though I am dumb, not computer literate.

Thanks
Nichola

Hi .

What version of IE is installed?

Have you tried a different browser, for comparative purposes?

Have you emptied the browser cache?
