" It is not possible to disable connection at this time. This connection may be using one or more protocols that do not support plug and play,or it may have been initiated by another user or system account.
I dont have any other user account.
Is it a virus or Trojan.

Can you give us a little more information:
  • What make and model computer
  • What make and model network Adapter
  • Reason you need to disable it or what is disabling it

This will help us to help you.

Ok. The network adapter is where you plug into your cable/dsl modem or router.

Let's start small. What kind of computer is this and what is the model number on it.
