Start up taking longer and longer

Downloaded file, installed according to your instructions, but still slow startup. I have no problem with just letting this go, and you go onto helping someone else. I think my old computer is a lost cause.

At this point, maybe backing up your data and performing clean Windows installation would be a good choice.

Thanks! I might do that, however, as I said, I'm due for a new computer, but aside from the slow start up, it runs great.
