Interent Explore and Firefox Internet explore or Firefox will not access to internet

Hi,
I'm having trouble accessing interenet explore on two seperate accounts. I have created two different accounts on the same computer and they work just fine. Both accounts are able to access the intenet on either firefox or interent explore just fine. One of the computers has a program called seachbox. I was able to access the internet on the other two accounts so those accounts are not effected. What do I need to do to allow the other accounts to access the internet? The computer itself is running Windows XP Home Edition, Service Pack 1.

That seems to be a contradiction, as I read it. Two accounts created, two accounts working properly...equals no problem, in my world.
