Mystery Files Does anybody know these 3 files

Does anybody know what the last 3 files are and can they be deleted?

None of these are malicious. OTOH, any or all 'Downloaded Program Files' may be deleted - they will just be downloaded again the next time you visit the page that requires them.

I couldn't find any reference to the first two files, but the third appears to be Guide Values, media type identifier, an SDK or API.
