Outlook 2003 Junk Email Filter Update Says "Failed" During Installation

There is an update for Outlook 2003 Junk Email FIlter thing and it's OCtober 2005 Release. KB906173. SOme reason it won't install. All other updates have been successful. I was wondering if i could download the update to the desktop then trying to install from there.
