Bsod when opening itunes?

When i open itunes i get the bsod. Its the newest version of itunes. Also my computer doesnt have the audio driver installed so when i open itunes it says i dont have the audio driver installed. Then itunes opens up normally then baod. Im running vista 32 bit.
