How to read a message
When you receive a new personal message, you will be notified of that in your member menu bar you are logged into the forums. Simply visit the messenger app to see your unread messages. To read a message simply click on the title of the message.
How to delete personal messages
Each member has a certain amount of storage space allocated towards their total amount of messages. When you reach or exceed that allocated storage space, you will no longer be able to receive any personal messages. All messages in every folder contribute to this used space, including messages in your Sent Items folder. It is therefore important to clean up your folders often by deleting messages.
To delete a personal message you would enter the folder that contains the messages you want to delete and put a checkmark next to these messages. When you are done selecting the messages on that page, scroll down and press the Go button.
