- Click on your name in the upper right-hand of a forum page to access the member menu.
- Click on the My Settings link in the member menu.
- You should now be your Control Panel. At this point click on the Forums tab.
- Now select the Manage Watched Forums option.
You will be presented with a list of forums that you are subscribed at BleepingComputer.com.
Now, simply place a check mark in the checkbox on the right of each forum that you would like to unsubscribe or change the type of subscription you are using. When you are done selecting the forums, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the drop down menu to select what action you would like to perform.
These actions are described below:
- Unsubscribe - Completely unsubscribe from the topic. You will no longer receive any notifications when people reply to the selected topics.
- Change to: No Notification - You will remain subscribed to the topic, but will no longer receive notifications when someone replies to it.
- Change to: Immediate Notification - You will immediately be emailed a notification when someone replies to this topic.
- Change to: Delayed Notification - The notification will go out later in the day.
- Change to: Daily Digest - You will receive a daily compilation of all topic notifications.
- Change to: Weekly Digest - You will receive a weekly compilation of all topic notifications.
When you have selected the option you wish to perform on all selected forums, click on the with selected button next to the drop down menu.
You have now changed the type of subscription you have for these forums based on your choices.
