Netscape.exe need netscape.exe to open files

I tryed to open a file and got the message ''Windows cannot find NETSCAPE.EXE,this program is needed for opening files of type HTML file.Where can I find this program?

I assume you do not use Netscape as your internet Browser, but instead use Internet Explorer.

Be sure you have Internet Explorer configured as your default browser. Microsoft explains how to do that here
