Once started, everytime I have to reset device settings for the mouse, because the right click is the left and vise versa.

Water was tipped over my lap top but has dried out suffiently to use, but each time I start up, it has a continual beep noise, and can take up to 6 times to start.
Once started, everytime I have to reset device settings for the mouse, because the right click is the left and vise versa.

Hi,
First how long did you let it sit to dry out and how much water spilled on it? Also what are your laptops specs?
If it is beping what is the pattern if any, beeps are a computers way of saying something is really wrong.
