How do i get Eset Smart Security 4 enabled on startup. So when i turn my computer on it comes up?

I guess you didn't check the ESET site?

Thats how to disable it. Because it's turned on by default. So you or someone using your computer disabled it to begin with. But putting the check mark back will re-enable it.
