Outlook 2003 Can not view web pics

I have windows xp home and outlook 2003.

I can download all my different email accounts from the net and I can read the text part of the emails,
but I can not see the pictures, all i see is a red x inside a framed box.
It does not show my email in html format.

I tried looking in option to figure it out.

This just started yesterday, I just installed zone alarm 9 update 2 day ago
