IPv4 Connectivity: Not Connected
IPv6 Connectivity: Not Connected
Media State: Enabled
SSID: OneCare_2885
Duration: 00:09:54
Speed:11.0 Mbps
Signal Quality: (4 out of 5 bars)

I keep getting "This webpage is not available" when I try to access the internet.

Why is it not working and how do I fix it?

It looks like you do not have a Nework adapter installed. Open Device Manager and see if there are any Network adapters found, if there are, are there any red x's or yellow flags next to the network adapters? Open a command prompt and type the following without the quotes and paste ALL the results back here, "ipconfig /all".
