What this program does: Quickbrowser delivers pop up ads to your desktop from top-banners.com. It launches automatically on startup so will deliver popups regardless of whether or not you have a web browser open. Strings inside the file suggests it autoupdates itself and could possible download other software. You will also see a small green globe on your taskbar.
