cant delete temporary files Outlook express

Hi when I go into my windows internet explorer and go into the tools and internet options menu. I usually go into the settings and click on view files then edit, select all then delete. It usually deletes everything but now I have twelve or so files that will not delete this is what they say.

it will not allow me to delete them I have tried booting in safe mode which allowed me to delete them but then it came back any help on this about what it is or what it means would be great.

Ok i fixed it just took time.
