sql library failed keep getting this message on XP PRO

Getting statement SQL library failed initialization.Please uninstall then run set-up to correct this problem.Don't know if real or false.Runing XP PRO 32bit. servise pack 3.Sure could use your help.Thanks to every one.

Hi - Try this first -
In XP open -control panel - administrative tools- services - scroll down to SQL Server VSS Writer, double click on it and change automatic to manual -
In general (from what I can find) the service is not usually a required article -
There is no need to reinstall SQL Server - Go to Add/Remove Program in windows Control Panel
Remove microsoft SQL server vss writer program. Reboot the computer.
