Hi, I have xp pro with boot problem. I received the following message on boot up:
stop: c0000135 {unable to locate component} this application failed to start because user32.dll was not found. Try to re-install the application...
So I inserted the xp installation cd to do a Repair of Windows and it started to load all the files but when it came to reboot I still receive the same message stop: c0000135. Now I can't do anything because it is stuck between the Setup is restarting screen with the dot dot dot dot and then it goes to the stop:c0000135 screen. Is there any way out of this mess? Please help and thank you very much.
