IMO...there's nothing you can do about most script errors.

The nature of such precludes anything useful being done by a user, since the script errors lie in the programming used by the website or the program.

That's why the recommended suggestion to disable receiving notification of such in the browser...is the norm.

problem has cleared up now. i'm not sure what fixed it. the machine is on a corporate network so i'm guessing the IT department did someting.
