Help
can anyone help with the following errors with webmail. using light version works, but private computer, non light version gives the error.

Are you using Outlook Web Access? If so try using IE for it, as I found that OWA is incompatible with Firefox.
My work schedule is as follows: Mon and Tues 1800 to 0600, Friday - Sunday 1800EST to 0600, and Wednesday to Thursday 1800est to 0600. So if I do not respond right away I am at work.

that error message is from using owa with ie8. i'm not sure why it has a mozilla header.

Try using compatbility mode by clicking the broken page icon next to the URL Bar on the right.

i'm also running security task manager and i have 3 items with high ratings:
groovemonitor utility
grooveshellextensions module (twice)
they are located in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12
could those be a concern?

Have you updated your OS (windows update) as well as Microsoft Office updates.
When I encounter such errors what I do is that I have installed Microsoft Virtual PC and a IE6 on XP SP3 VHD. Its a clean install and as such websites run smoothly.
Thats just a turnaround and not a solution i.e. till you find out a solution.

it's a corporate machine. only xp sp2 is allowed at this time. i will try office updates.

louis, all of those setting are as suggested. i guess i'll try some more spyware detection programs to see what they find.
