Unable To Download From msn 7.0 to msn 7.5

This pc has installed msn 7.0 and I have been trying to dowload the 7.5 version and when I ask it a small windows with:
The plugin could not been downloaded Click YEs to try again
This pc is Pentium II with win98se and 256K memory. What could be the problem?

Without doing any checking this version is still beta testing and more then likely only available for Windows XP untill it comes out of beta.

7.0 is the latest stable version of MSN Messenger.
