How often do you clean up your hard disk? Rmember when it was almost daily?

I have four to worry about, so routinely, each gets a clean up with Win Utilities defrag about once a week. I also run other utilities from that wonderful sweet such as the disk cleaner and BHO remover, and constantly, I have to remove unwanted toolbars. They drive me nuts. I never use the windows cleaning utilities that are builtins. And I have been meaning to run the duplicate file finder as well to clean up all the crap that I raided from my friend when she was over one time. And LOL that reminds me that I need to drill into her how important hard drive cleaning jobs are!
