Help
I am using an Access database to merge from and none of the properties or settings have been changed since setting it up.
Can any one explain why it is doing this and what I can do to sort the problem?

I have a template which is using font Times New Roman size 14. I have checked all the mail merge fields and they are all correct in the template. However, when I complete the mail merge a number of the fields are merging in a different font and larger or smaller font size.
I am using an Access database to merge from and none of the properties or settings have been changed since setting it up.
Can any one explain why it is doing this and what I can do to sort the problem?
