Since you already have a log...simply follow the instructions at BC Virus, Trojan, Spyware, and Malware Removal Logs - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/forum22.html.
Be sure to read Preparation Guide, Before Using Malware Removal Tools and Requesting Help - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic34773.html. Once that is done, start a thread in that forum and post your log. You can paste it directly into your new thread or you can upload it as an attachment. Most seem to paste it into the post.
Once you have posted, I will then close this thread, to prevent well-intentioned suggestions from members who don't realize that you have a malware situation calling for assistance more expert than they can provide.
