Hi all! I really like this site. My name is Lori and I have two pre-teen boys who each have computers. When they mess them up, which they frequently do, it is up to me (for some reason) to fix them. It's either that or back to the computer store which takes FOREVER. So that is why I found this site...I was stumped. So I'll move on to my question in the other forum. But that's who I am.
