I am signing up to help diagnose a problem related to possibly a new Trojan affecting one of our machines. It looks like HijackThis is one of the preferred tools to get a log of what is going on with the affected machine and begin a diagnosis. I've also seen DDS and Gmer listed. Would that be sufficient to start a diagnosis?
