Nooooo, never, ever do this.
Any tools like that create a lot of static electricity, a killer #1 one for electronic components.
The ONLY way to clean inside the case is to use a can of compressed air, as I stated several posts back.

Sorry for this, I always used this brush without problems and is difficult to find these cans where I live. At least the BSOD don't appeared for the first time in 2 weeks.

I'm glad, your problem is gone, but if I were you, I'd look little bit harder for that compressed air can.
I understand, in Brasil, a few dollars is worth more than in US, but still, it's much, much cheaper, that new CPU
