BleepingComputer.com: Accessing Windows live mail from another computer

They keep saying this can be done but I have not figured out how. I have been googling for hours!!!

I have the live mail on my computer and finally am getting used to it. When I travel I want to be able to see my live mail from my laptop. I have set up a live.com email address and account. I have watched this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yV_5VuQOvV8...feature=related. He checks his live account from the internet. I don't know how old this is. He has and uses buttons that I don't have. Can anyone tell me how to do this or at least direct me to understandable instructions? Thanks,
