Outlook problem

I have a problem with Outlook. Suddenly a contact of mine who I regually mail with CAD drawings and also pdf files is unable to recieve them when i send him mail with attatchments he does not recieve them then much later i get a delivery delay report but if i send a plain text mail these go through straight away I think its a problem at his end and even though I am using a hotmail account I know that the file sizes I am sending are under 10Mb any body any ideas?

Can you paste the whole delivery report here so we can see it?
